2007 ASA Pro/Am Tour London, KY , June 1-3

This is exactly what we have been waiting for, nurturing and growing with our shooting staff over the past four years. The Pro divisions are hard to break into as a new company as most of the top guys who are winning are paid by the “big companies” and out of reach to smaller budgets. Thanks to the loyal shooters and good staff management, Gold Tip shooters swept the Mens Pro division with first, second and third place finishes and the Senior Pro Men’s division with first and second place finishes with a valiant comeback by Senior Pro shooter Jackie Caudle in the shootoff. He was hammering 14 rings while everyone else was deciding how to handle him. It was really a wrap for Les Bressler for first as he had a pretty substantial lead going into the shoot off. It was really a race for second place in the Senior Pro division.

The battle for first was in the Men’s Pro divison where it came down to the final arrow before Colin Boothe walked away with his first win in quite a while over this years superstar Levi Morgan. Billy McCall, a recent addon to the Goldtip staff took his first top three finish with a third place finish. Those X-cutters must be making a difference. Rookie Women’s Pro Andrea Nichols is doing extremely well this year and lookout for her to make the top three this year. She has two 7th place finishes in a row. Great job guys and gals.
